If you’re familiar with TPS, you remember that in March of 2021, The Biden Administration granted this Temporary Protected Status to Venezuelans that had been residing in the U.S. before March 8th, 2021. This allowed them to stay in the U.S. safe from deportation. Well, the Biden Administration has just ruled to extend Venezuelan TPS by another 18 months. This extension will be effective on September 10th, 2022 and will run through March 10th, 2024.
