The Trump administration on October 9, 2019, published the presidential proclamation to suspend entry into the United States of immigrants who will not obtain health insurance within 30 days of entry into the U.S. or who cannot demonstrate that they can afford to pay health care costs. President Trump has declared Wednesday, December 5th a national mourning day in remembrance of the life and legacy of the late ex-president George H.W. Bush.
