How does the new policy impact immigration medical exams?

A: The new policy removes the requirement for COVID-19 vaccination proof from the immigration medical examination for adjustment of status applicants. However, other vaccination requirements, such as those for measles, mumps, rubella, and other CDC-mandated vaccines, still apply. Applicants should work closely with a USCIS-authorized civil surgeon to complete Form I-693 and ensure compliance with all other medical examination requirements.
