I am unable to pay the new immigration filing fees, what should I do?

In order to pay the new immigration filing fees, DHS is encouraging individuals for Immigration applications to save,  borrow,  or use a   credit card to pay fees if they are not qualified for a   fee waiver. 

Individuals who borrow or use a credit card, are responsible for the filing fee,  and any additional interest cost accruing on the loan or credit card.
